I bring over 25 years' experience across construction, manufacturing, building materials, waterproofing and business leadership. My focus is simple. I help partners win work, structure projects correctly and deliver outcomes that make sense both technically and commercially.
I get involved early. I work with you on opportunities, align the right system and stay engaged through to delivery. This reduces risk, improves efficiency and gives you confidence when taking solutions to market.
